Todd B. Nurick, Esq. – Founder of Nurick Law Group

Todd B. Nurick, Esq. is the founder of Nurick Law Group and a seasoned attorney with a focus on outside general counsel and business law. With degrees from Pennsylvania State University (BS in Business Logistics/Supply Chain) and Delaware (Widener) School of Law, Todd has built a distinguished legal career.

Todd now dedicates his practice at Nurick Law Group to handling complex business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements for his clients.

A Disabled Veteran, recently medically retired from the U.S. Army,  Todd additionally serves as outside general counsel for numerous multi-million-dollar organizations and not-for-profits. He is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York.
